Ethnic cleansing is the systematic forced removal of ethnic or religious groups from a given territory by a more powerful ethnic group, often with the intent of making it ethnically homogeneous.

When hiring someone I noticed that Guys with sizable beard and girls in Hijab are getting all favourable signals. 
Happens to be that I hired people for my partnership company back in 2014, 2015. I had to bring in SME's for many of the interview topics. 
These SMEs would show signs of being "Positive" if the candidates where from these two groups : Guys with sizable beard and girls in Hijab.

Ramadan is huge Productivity-blocker  and during Eid you would not find a soul to do just about anything. Solution was to hire a diverse group of candidates so that when one group is unavailable for festivities, other groups can carry on the work. But in reality even when this need was explained to the hiring team they consistently kept the top choices in the above mentioned groups. 

I think grownup keeps a safe distance in Bangladesh for other faith's groups.


I lived few years in Chicago, I was a student then and often cramming with other seasonal-summer-worker students. Even then I noticed my room-mates were reluctant to allow a non-Islamist roommate.

A slaughter animal does not have to provide consent before sacrifice. Heck there is no special treatment in practice before an animal is sacrificed except uttering some arabic words.

I guess the same goes for the Islamist like ISIS, they don't bother about how others think, the Christians, Jews or any other, they have the right to kill or blowup any of them, Islam empowers hardliners.

During Ramadan, Muslims will keep all Restaurants closed or operating behind veils in limited capacity. Any populations has their sick, elders, kids and then travelers.

A Muslim cant marry a Non-Muslim. Cant even friend a non-Muslim! A Muslim is asked to behead a non-Muslim after he/she is allowed few chances to accept/convince Islamic Faith. 

I know most muslims claim theirs is the religion of Piece, but the truth is it is as "Bully" as any other religion get!

Said that, all practicing or moderate muslims will eventually ask for Shariah Law. Its rather funny that they are often running away from Shariah Law ( Saudi, Syria etc ) but as they continue to practice religion they will eventually try to get Shariah Law as Muslims will get Bonus-Point credits cashable towards a seat in Muslim Heaven (with the must-have 72 female virgins).

Shariah Law can be modernized as there are room for some interpretations/adoptions. Fundamentally Shariah has no place for freedom of thoughts, secularism, democracy or equality. Petty thieves will get their fist chopped off,  2 women = 1 man in case of evidence, will behead people for adultery, blasphemy and many more shit like that. ............. yeah, if you want Shariah, go back to your home country man, do us a favor as we like what we got.



HOWEVER, it will be a whole different scenario with the Guests offsprings. Staying will be their birth right and they will drive the political process to Shariah. And they will be many......
